Hope '08 is flexible rather than prescriptive, with local churches working together in designing a programme, which works for them in their community.
The idea of HOPE is for villages, towns & cities to focus on different aspects of mission during 2008 - all contributing to a major impact in the region.
NE1 is hosting Hope here in the North East.
- Jan - Feb: 'Fresh Start'
A period of consecration & dedication towards a year of mission.

- Good Friday: 'Easter Passion'
Churches working together in order to celebrate Easter publicly
(town wide)
- Apr 22nd - June 25th: 'JUST 10'
J.John's evangelistic series based on the 10 Commandments, being held in venues north and south of the region

- Whit Bank Holiday: 'A million hours of kindness'
To join with the rest of the nation demonstrating God's love through practical acts of local kindness -
through NE1 style social action projects
